The movie Urumi is a Telugu flick. It is a Historical fantasy movie. Urumi is Telugu dubbing version of Malayalam movie. The movie Urumi is set in the backdrops of 16th century warrior clans of Northern Kerala and focuses on Chirakkal Kelu Nayanar a man with an epic mission, whose target is Dom Vasco da Gama. His action in creating a revolt against and the first of its kind movement against the first Colonial advance in India. Lead actors in the movie are Prithviraj, Prabhu Deva, Genelia D'Souza, Nithya Menon. Guest appearances in the movie Urumi are Vidya Balan, Tabu.
