Job description:
• Developing interior and architectural designs to meet project specifications
• Conduct brainstorms, conceptualize, and execute creative ideas electronically
• Provide multiple ideas and concepts for interior and architectural design projects
• Research all reference materials for the purpose of communicating ideas
• Utilize AutoCAD and 3-D rendering programmes and techniques to develop architectural renderings
• interpret, design, and recommend architectural solutions through selections of finish and materials, fixture alternatives, and trendy interior design techniques
• Develop schematics and floor plans clearly defining furniture and display placement
• demonstrate and maintain understanding of existing external and internal design trends

Job description:
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management
• check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Supervise the work of labourers, mechanics etc., and give them guidance when needed
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status
• Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specification

• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
