Job Responsibilities
• Supervise installation and commissioning of solar PV systems
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot inverter, panel, cable, and electrical faults
• Monitor plant performance and improve efficiency
•Supervise and guide junior technicians
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma/ B.tech/ Any Graduation/ ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy
• Minimum 2 years experience in solar PV projects
• Strong knowledge of DC & AC electrical systems
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills

2. Job Title
Solar Energy Advising Engineer
Department
Solar Engineering/ Energy Advisory/ Renewable Energy
Location
Office & Site Based/ Hybrid
Job Purpose
To provide technical advisory and analytical support for solar PV projects, ensuring optimized design, maximum energy yield, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective solar solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct solar feasibility studies and site assessments
• Analyze solar irradiation, shadow losses, and site conditions
• Support solar PV system sizing and design review (rooftop and ground-mounted)
• Perform energy yield estimation and performance ratio analysis
• Advise on selection of solar modules, inverters, and BOS components
• Review solar layouts, SLDs, and technical drawings
• Support CAPEX, ROI, and payback analysis for solar projects
• Monitor solar plant performance and recommend optimization measures
• Assist in net metering, statutory approvals, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with EPC, O&M, and project execution teams
• Prepare technical reports, advisory documents, and client presentations
• Support audits, inspections, and technical due diligence
Qualifications & Experience
• B.Tech/ BE/Any Graduation in Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Energy Engineering
• 2 years of experience in solar PV projects or solar advisory roles
• Strong understanding of grid-connected solar PV systems
• Experience with solar design and analysis tools (PVsyst, Helioscope – preferred)
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Work Environment
