Urgent Requirements for below mentioned positions:

1. Supervisor (4 members)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Production Engineering from recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in upstream oil & gas operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Roles & responsibilities:
a. Supervise daily production operations, including well testing, separation, oil/ water handling, gas systems, drilling activity etc.,
b. Assist in the Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning/ Start -Up/ Shut down of the Process Units/ Systems/ Wells
c. Comply Process Safety requirements like – PSV calibrations as per schedule, Checking of Flame arrester , SDVs function checks and High/ Low Pressure Trip testing, Function testing of Fire Water Pumps etc.,
d. Ensure proper operation of separators, heater treaters, transfer pumps, flowlines, SRP, Chemical dosing, tanker loading and unloading, Custody Transfer Meters operation & calibration, Diesel Generators operation etc.,
e. Assist for preparation of reports on Equipment Breakdown / Unplanned shut down
f. Assist for conducting Investigation reports on Equipment failure/ Production Loss/ Incident etc.,
g. Participate in the scheduled Mock drills / Exercises and implement the recommendations/ Improvements if any.
h. Comply Emergency Response plans & procedures.
i. Maintain the records of Chemicals/ Diesel/ consumables and adequate stock at site all the time with proper stock management.
j. Coordinate with third party services like Joint calibration, Equipment Suppliers etc. as guided by the Installation Manager/ company representative
k. Ensure field log sheets are timely filled and review the operating parameters.
l. Monitor and optimize production performance to meet planned targets.
m. Supervise Crude Oil tanker loading/unloading operations. Verify and prepare required dispatch documents.
n. Authorize permits during evening and night shift and ensure compliance to PTW requirements.
o. Lead the execution of the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring all job/activities follow safety procedures.
p. Coordinate with maintenance teams and assist in ensuring equipment is made available on time.
q. Analyze production data, prepare Daily Production Reports-DPR and tanker loading and unloading data.
r. Ensure accurate Lab sampling for crude oil, gas, and produced water & validate inventory records.
s. Respond promptly to alarms, equipment malfunctions, or emergencies; act as Incident Controller when required.
t. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company HSE standards, including waste and spill management.
u. Coordinate with drilling, project, and logistics teams during SIMOPS or well commissioning activities.
v. Hands-on experience with well line up for test header, strainer cleaning, resolving pump-related issues. etc.,
w. Familiarity with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards.
x. Competency in incident management and emergency response procedures.
y. Act as an incident controller during evening and night shifts in absence of Installation Manager/ Company representative.
z. Communication and Coordination: Maintain open and transparent communication channels with staff members, departmental heads, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
aa. Ensure operators maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
bb. Dispose of waste materials properly, store tools and equipment safely, and uphold high standards of housekeeping to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
cc. Production Laboratory tests will be done as per the schedule given by ASEL and typical analysis will be done for Specific Gravity , Density, RVP, Salinity, Conductivity , BS&W, pH etc.,

2. Operator (4 Members)
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor degree in mechanical, chemical or production engineering from recognized institute
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in upstream oil & gas operations, with at least 1 years in a operator role.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in upstream oil & gas operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities:
• Compliance of Permit To Work system
• Operate and maintain oil and gas production equipment and systems
• Safe start up/ shut down of the process systems/ Units/ Equipments
• Participate in Schedule Emergency Mock drills
• Maintain lubrication / Greasing of the equiments if required.
• Chemical Injection systems operation and make up based on the requirement.
• Maintain records of production levels, equipment performance, and maintenance work
• Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production
• Coordinate with other operators and support staff to ensure smooth and continuous production
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to identify and prevent potential issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
