o Qualification: Postgraduate with B.Ed./M.Ed
o Experience: Minimum 10 years in school leadership/ administration
o Skills: Strong academic leadership, staff management, and communication abilities
o Preference: Experience in NGO/ charitable school setting is an added advantage

2. High School English Teacher

o Qualification: B.A./ M.A. in English with B.Ed
o Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching high school students
o Skills: Fluency in English, grammar, literature teaching, and student engagement

3. High School Mathematics Teacher

o Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics with B.Ed
o Experience: Minimum 5 years in teaching high school-level mathematics
o Skills: Strong conceptual clarity, problem-solving focus, and classroom management
