1. Wordpress Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Website Design and Development:
** Translating client requirements into functional and user-friendly websites. This includes designing the website structure, front-end layout, and back-end functionalities.
Theme and Plugin Development:
** Creating custom themes and plugins to enhance website features and functionality.
Website Optimization:
** Optimizing website performance for speed and mobile responsiveness. This includes optimizing images, caching mechanisms, and other performance-related aspects.
Troubleshooting and Debugging:
** Addressing technical issues, resolving bugs, and providing timely solutions.
Security and Maintenance:
Implementing security measures, conducting regular security audits, and ensuring website updates.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborating with clients, designers, and other developers to implement website requirements.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitoring website performance, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
Training and Support:
Training clients and team members on effectively using WordPress.
Staying Updated:
Keeping up-to-date with WordPress updates, trends, and best practices in web development
HTML Conversion, HTML, CSS, CSS3, PHP integration, Mysql, Wordpress conversion
Tasks to Fulfill:
1. Design, develop, and implement WordPress websites from concept to completion.
2. Customise and modify WordPress themes to achieve project goals.
3. Integrate third-party plugins and tools to enhance website features.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement website requirements.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.
6. Conduct website testing and optimisation for responsiveness and speed.
7. Provide ongoing website maintenance and support as needed.
Stay informed about WordPress updates, security best practices and industry trends.
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of demonstrable experience as a WordPress developer.
3. Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes and plugins.
4. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , PHP , Mysql for WordPress development.
5. Experience with responsive web design and mobile-friendly website development.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and visually appealing websites.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
8. Knowledge of SEO best practices for website optimisation.
2. Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
** Conceptualise and develop creative designs and graphic artwork for (but not limited to) marketing collateral, brochures, Social Media posts , promotional materials, reports, advertisement copy, signages and banners, digital assets, templates, property marketing, Flyers, video, Website, etc.,
** Develop on-brand and engaging creatives that meet business objectives and cut across digital and print platforms
** Work closely with the marketing team and the different business units to support their graphic design needs and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines
** Develop new branding for property marketing projects—special upcoming projects: new visual identity and website rollouts
Requirements:
- Proven graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator and Photoshop Creative Suit)
- Strong creative portfolio with proven ability to understand business objectives and create compelling and creative visuals to support different messages across various platforms, including digital and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
