Job Description: Inteq BPO is hiring Executives for international voice process to work in US time zone from its kakinada centre (Night shift)

Total number of positions: 05

Qualifications: Degree/ Undergraduate any discipline

Experience: 6 months and above or Fresher with good communication skills

Salary Package: Rs.2,10,000/- CTC Per annum

Job Responsibilities:

• Executives should contact international hospital billing departments or doctor's office to obtain the required information for processing of Health insurance claims
• Before making a call, the executive should verify the information that needs to be obtained and check whether it has already been received to avoid duplication
Executives should comply with ISMS polices and procedures as published by the organisation

Candidate Attributes:

• Fluency in English language and excellent communication skills
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Should communicate effectively with all internal and external parties
• Basic computer knowledge and MS office skills
