Job Description: Inteq BPO is hiring Executives for voice and non-voice process to work in US time zone from its Kakinada centre (Night Shift).

Total number of positions: 05

Qualifications: Degree/ Undergraduate any discipline

Experience: 6 months and above or Fresher with excellent English communication skills

Salary Package: Rs.2,10,000/- CTC Per annum. Salary is negotiable for candidates having more than 2 years’ experience in international voice process.

Job Responsibilities:
• Voice Process: Executives should contact International hospital billing departments or doctor’s office to obtain the required information for processing of Health insurance claims.
• Executives should comply with ISMS policies and procedures as published by the organisation.

Candidate Attributes:
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Should communicate effectively with all internal and external parties.
• Fluency in English language and excellent written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS-office skills.
