Job title: Graphic Designing
Required Qualifications & Skills:
** Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
** Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus).
** Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
** Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
** Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
** Basic knowledge of printing processes and preparing files for print production.
**Prior experience in the NGO sector will be an advantage.
** Design visually appealing graphics for print and digital platforms (flyers, brochures, posters, social media posts, newsletters, annual reports, etc.,).
** Create branding materials aligned with the Foundation’s visual identity guidelines.
** Develop engaging infographics, banners, and campaign creatives for awareness and fundraising.
** Collaborate with program teams to create visuals for events, campaigns, and outreach activities.
** Edit and enhance images and videos for communication purposes.
** Maintain and organize the digital asset library of the organization.
** Ensure all designs are consistent, high-quality, and delivered within deadlines.
