Kadapa, Dec 01st: Kadapa MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, exuded confidence on Tuesday that he would emerge leader of the State in future with the people’s support. Addressing public representatives, Congress functionaries and YSR’s followers of seven mandals in Pulivendula constituency at YSR auditorium in Pulivendula, he vowed to devote all his time for the State politics. “I will tour the State in the near future,” he said.
“My mother was reluctant to contest but became the Congress candidate for Pulivendula in an ‘unavoidable situation’ to fill the void caused by the death of Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy,” Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy said. His family has utmost faith in Sonia Gandhi, he said and thanked Chief Minister K. Rosaiah for his efforts to get his mother elected unanimously and leaders of Opposition parties for their cooperation.
