Apollo Hospitals, Kakinada organized an awareness seminar commencing 'World Stroke Day', here on Sunday Evening 8pm at Surya Kalamandir in Kakinada. The motto of the seminar is to spread awareness about the causes and symptoms of a stroke. According to this, District Collector, Mr. M.Ravi Chandra presided over the program as a chief guest. Speaking on this, He stated that these types of programs are very useful to the people to protect their lives from diseases. Eminent Neurosurgeon, Dr. M.V.Kiran Kumar explained about the topics ‘how a stroke will affect our lives & how to protect ourselves from the stroke’ in the seminar. Later, Kakinada Apollo Hospitals Director, Dr. Surya Prakash Rao says ‘we can save the lives of stroke affected people only when they have taken to the hospital immediately’. Neurophysician Dr. D.Seshagiri Rao, Apollo Hospital Administrator Mr. G.Ranjith Reddy, Hospital Staff and other officials attended the seminar.
