While the final match of the ICC World cup-2011 was held on Saturday, every one was glued to the television from 2pm. All roads, which were crowded with people, created a situation similar to curfew. On the other hand, cricket lovers shifted to hotels and theaters to watch the match on big screens. Star hotels offered special packages to view the match in air-conditioned room for Rs.175/-. Similarly, two theaters also displayed match on big screen with Rs.100/- as ticket. When Indian Cricket Team lifted the ICC Cricket World Cup after 28 years, the whole country enjoyed the proud moment. Enjoying the success, youth rushed onto roads with face covered in tri-color in the midnight.
