A team of World Bank Representatives visited Kakinada here on Monday, to review about Kakinada – Rajahmundry Canal Road works. APRDC Project Director Mr. Ramana Reddy has also visited along with this team. Firstly, the team had conducted a meeting here at R & B Guest house. Later, they went to Turangi area to examine the Government sites, which are to be provided for the residents of Kakinada-Rajahmundry canal road area. After that, they met Joint Collector Mr. A. Babu, but they haven't discussed anything with him. Also they have not paid interest to releave anything to the media. The team includes Mr. I. U. B. Reddy, Mr. Pratap, Mr. Swaminathan, Mr. Sri Kumar and Mr. Ramakrishna Rao, sources said.
