Kakinada, Mar 12th: A four day workshop on ‘Learner Friendly Modules to Develop Communication Skills’ was organized by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada on Thursday. The workshop was organized under TEQIP (Technical Education Quality Improvement Program) at Civil Engineering Department seminar hall. University principal, E.V Prasad has inaugurated the workshop. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Prasad asked the students to develop communication skills besides normal education. He stressed the need of communication skills in expressing and presenting ideas before others.
University vice principal, Dr. J.V.R Prasad also presided over the meeting. Speaking on the occasion he revealed the importance of learning English language which is useful in every aspect of life. Mr. Raghunath Menon who came all the way to Kakinada from Hyderabad to train students also spoke on the occasion. He revealed the need of communication skills in ones life. Workshop coordinator, Dr. Ch. Satyanarayana, university school management studies director P. Vijaya Kumar, former principal of PR College M. Bharatha Lakshmi and others participated.
