Kakinada, June 1st: According to the district collector, Mr. Gopala Krishna Dwevedi the district administration is going to organize two day workshop for the various department officials associated with e-parishkaram on June 4 and 5. The administration is going to start the SMS based grievances tracking system for redressal of petitions received every Monday, the day the administration organizes the weekly cell.
According to the new system, if a person files a petition in the grievance cell it should be cleared with in 15 days from the date of filing the petition. In case if the grievance is not cleared in the due date the same will be forwarded to the higher authorities through SMS and Email. In such cases severe action will be taken on the officer concerned with the particular petition.
In view of the Assembly sessions that are scheduled to begin on June 6, the Palle Bata program taken up by the collector will commence from June 9 instead of June 5 which was earlier declared. Collector said that water will be released in canals from June 4 and eastern delta from June 9.
