Women died in a suspicious manner

Kakinada, April 15th: A married woman V. Jyothi Lakshmi (18) belonging to Vasapalli village of Konaseema area died in a suspicious manner on Wednesday. With the injuries found on the face, neck and other parts of the body the police are suspecting the death to be a murder and filed case against her husband and took him into custody.

 

According to the information provided by the victim parents, Jyothi was married to Pallam Raju an inhabitant of Kakinada two years back. The couple was blessed with a child. At the time of marriage Jyothi parents gave Rs 50,000 as dowry.  With the harassment made by Raju for extra dowry Jyothi reached her home town with her child. With the settlement of the issue by the relatives of both sides Jyothi was back to her in laws house.

 

On Wednesday night Jyothi was found to be dead in a suspicious manner. According to villagers, the couple went for a heated argument on Wednesday night and after some time they found Jyothi dead. Victim husband Raju is saying that his wife committed by plunging from the building.
