The City Women Congress Committee, which was formed under the leadership of Ex-Mayor Saroja was cancelled by the State Women Congress President Akula Lalitha here. It was formed just five days back only. According to this, she had issued the orders to the City office here on Saturday. She also sent a letter to the District Congress Party President Mr. Dommeti Venkateswarulu about the new committee proposals. Sources said, the committee was cancelled because of the issue that was raised between DCC President & Ex-Mayor on Friday.
