According to the AP State Board 10th Class Examination Results, the East Godavari District stood 2nd Position in the state. Meanwhile, the Social Welfare and BC Welfare hostels from the district, also secured a good pass percentage in these results. As per the results:
Social Welfare Hostels bagged 91.97% pass percentage in the district. Around 1209 students were attended the exam from total 121 hostels in the district. Out of which, 1112 students got qualified the exam marking the pass percentage of 91.97%. Total 15 social welfare hostels got 100% pass percentage in the district. Boys pass percentage is 93.5% and Girls percentage is 90% in these results.
BC Welfare Hostels bagged 99.03% pass percentage in the district. Around 827 students were attended the exam from total 54 hostels in the district. Out of which, 819 students were qualified marking the percentage as 99.03%. Total 49 hostels got 100% pass percentage in the district. In overall view of the results, boys outshined girls.
