Cattle owners who left the cattle on the roads will be charged Rs.1000/- as fine warned Municipal Commissioner Mr. GSN Murthy in a statement here this Wednesday. As cows and buffaloes are roaming on the roads, it is leading to accidents and causing inconvenience for the public he added. He said that owners must control the cattle near their own places immediately. If they do not respond to it immediately and cattle continue to roam on roads, they will be shifted to SPCA (Society for the Prevention on Cruelty of Animals) office near Ramanayyapeta he added.
