V.S.Lakshmi Educational Institutions celebrated its Sports day here on Friday at the College sports ground in Kakinada. College Management conducted competitions like Cricket, Netball, Caroms, Chess, Throw ball, etc., for the students as a part of the celebrations. Nearly 250 students from the college have participated in these competitions. According to this, College Principal, Mrs. V.Sandhya presided over the celebrations as a chief guest. Speaking on this, she stated that the sports are important for every student to develop his/her both physically and mentally. She said that this college is first to encourage students in all aspects. The final competitions will be conducted on Saturday, she added.
