The State Government had released the notification for the recruitment of Village Revenue Officers (VRO's) & Village Revenue Assistants (VRA's) for various districts in the state. According to this, the district Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad had released a press note, here on Thursday. Speaking on this, she stated that the government released the notification for the recruitment of 87 VRO's & 357 VRA's posts in the district. She said that the application fee for OC, BC candidates to apply for VRO, VRA posts is reduced from Rs. 500 to Rs. 300. For SC, ST candidates, the fee is reduced from Rs. 300 to 150, she noticed. Only the villagers of specific village will become eligible for the VRA post of their village, she added. Intermediate is the minimum qualification for the posts of VRO and 10th class is the minimum qualification for VRA, she stated.
