Kakinada, April 10th: Dwarampudi Chandra Shekar Reddy who filed his nomination as congress candidate for Kakinada Assembly constituency appealed the people to vote for congress and put into power in the fore coming elections. As a part of electioneering he along with Mr. M.M Pallam Raju, contesting candidate for Kakinada parliament seat visited the voters at Local Yettimogga area on Friday. Supporters and voters turned out in huge number and welcomed the leaders.
Both the congress nominees visited each and every house of the voter and appealed them to vote for congress. They created awareness among the people about the various welfare programs taken up by the congress government for the welfare of the weaker sections and revealed the need of restoring power to it. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Pallam Raju said that it the only congress government that has brought various welfare schemes for the fisher flocks. He promised to stand beside them for every need. He criticized the other parties for laying baseless allegations against Congress party.
