Villagers rescued the Fisherman

     Srikakulam, Nov 19th: Bangladesh fishermen who were trapped in the Successive cyclones were rescued by the local fisherman of Budagatlapalem village. The villagers fed them and rushed the fisherman to the Government hospital for treatment.

    According to the information given by fisherman, they belong to Chittagong district of Bangladesh. They were embarked on a fishing trip few days ago. Due to successive cyclones in the sea they were trapped in the boat itself.

    When the boat was few km away from the Budagatlapalem village, the Bangladeshis were spotted by the local fisherman who rescued them in two boats. It was known from the rescued that they have not taken any food from 10 days and their condition was serious.

    Doctors of Government hospital had told that the condition of few of the 17 was critical due to lack of food for more days. Fisherman informed the police regarding the incident who informed further to the Bangladesh coast guard.
