The inspection of school buses has become vehement in District. After the school bus incident that took place in P.Gannamvaram in last month. District Collector passed orders to inspect each and every bus in district. Total 1000 buses were inspected in last 20 days and 69 buses were noted as defected buses due to small repairs. CFX notice was passed to all the 69 defected buses. Out of total 1500 buses in district, only 1000 are left over for inspection. Officers said that by next week the remaining 500 buses will also undergo inspection. This year, total 26 buses were seized and Rs.2,30,000/- fine was allotted.
