Mrs. G.S.Vara Lakshmi has been appointed as the District Sports Development Officer (DSDO). According to this, she has spoke to the media here on Tuesday. Sources said, she has started her career on 1993 year as Athletics Coach for the district Indoor stadium. She has worked upto 2000 year in Kakinada. Later, she has transferred to Guntur district and after that Kadapa district. Now, she got promoted as DSDO for East Godavari district. Vara Lakshmi expressed her happiness on this appointment. Speaking on this, she said that she will do her best to the development of sports in the district. District Physical Education Directors Association President Mr. Pappula Sri Ramachandra Murthy, Secretary Mr. Govinda Rajulu and other members congratulated her.
