State Stamps & Registrations Minister Mr. Thota Narasimham hoisted our National Flag at his wife Thota Vani's indefinite hunger strike camp at Bhanugudi center in Kakinada, marking the Independence Day on Thursday. The indefinite hunger strike of Mrs. Vani, against the CWC decision of State bifurcation reached sixth day on Thursday. Doctors said that her health condition worsens day-by-day, but she was not ready to back from the strike until the CWC take their decision back. Various political parties leaders, followers, officials, employees including common public visiting the camp and expressing their support to Vani.
Speaking on this, Mr. Thota Narasimham said that the Senior Congress leaders including Party General Secretary Mr. Digvijay Singh spoke to his wife over phone and requested to end the agitation as her health condition was deteriorating. However, she will continue her fast Today, and decide the next course of action tomorrow, he said.
