APUTF(Andhra Pradesh United Teachers Federation) members are continuing its relay hunger strike third day near Collectorate. This strike is in the president ship of UTF District Secretary Mr.DV Raghavulu. Speaking on this, he said that government should respond at least now and pass explanation orders on Notional increments. They demanded that special educational volunteers services must be considered as regular services and Notional increments for S.C & S.T teachers apprentice service.
