Under 14 Inter District Cricket tournament, P. N. Raja Gopal Trophy is started under District Cricket Association in Kakinada DSA grounds. Andhra Cricket Committee member Mr. Ravi Kumar and District Cricket Union Vice President Mr. Kopanna Prasad introduced the teams and opened the tournament grandly. In the very begining a match between East Godavari and Srikakulam district teams was held. On the first day Srikakulam has choosen bating and has scored 108 runs in the first innings. Mr. Bapi Raju, Mr. K. V. V. Satyanarayana, Mr. Harish, Mr. Madhusudhan and others participated in this program.
District Ball Badminton Association President Mr. Veera Badra Swamy said that District Mens Team selections are going to be on 22nd of this month at Kakinada DSA grounds under District Ball Batminton Association. He intimated that interested candidates can attend for the selections.
