District Cultural Board is conducting Sri Nandanama Ugadi Celebrations here on 23rd at Surya Kala Mandir, Kakinada. District Public Relations Officer, Board Convener V.Ramananjaneylu said this to news line here on Saturday. Speaking on this, he stated that these celebrations will be commenced from 9am.
