Two students died in different incidents

Kakinada, Jan 22nd: Two engineering students belonging to different colleges died in two different incidents on Thursday. According to sources, Naga Anantha Narasamma (18) is an engineering student of local JNTU college and was studying first year computer science engineering (CSE). Narasamma committed suicide in the college hostel on Thursday by consuming poison. Narasamma friends reveal that she being a telugu medium student could not cope up with the engineering studies and was unhappy with her academic performance. On Thursday morning she attended the classes as usual and at the evening, she committed suicide at JNTU girl’s hostel. Sarpavaram SI Rajashekar filed the case for further investigation.

 

Another student, Vamsi (18) is a B.Tech student of the local Chaitanya Institute of Science and Technology. He died in a rail accident on Thursday. According to sources, Vamsi was a polio victim by birth. When Vamsi was trying to cross the railway track near Kakinada town railway station, he was hit by circar express. Student faced severe injury on the head and died in the spot. Vamsi did not notice the train in the hurry of crossing the track. Railway police has filed the case and shifted the dead body to Government General Hospital, Kakinada for postmortem.
