The Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) in association with the State Endowments Department conducting 'Mana Gudi' function grandly for the second time all over the state, here on Wednesday on the occassion of Karthika Pournami. The motto of this program is to protect and promote the Hinduism. TTD authorities has announced that the programme would rekindle interest in visits to temples among devotees and common people regularly for peace and prosperity. According to this, around 776 temples from the district are decorated for this program here. In every district, one district In-charge & one division In-charge were appointed. These people will visit those temples to observe the function. Temples in Pithapuram, Draksharamam, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Kakinada & other areas are decorated for these celebrations in the district. In this function, TTD will provide three-dimensional pictures of Lord Venkateswara & his consort Padmavati, Spiritual books, CDs, DVDs and audio cassettes to devotees, who are visiting to the temples apart from the puja material consists of Sesha Vastrams and Raksha Kankanams. It is an opportunity for everyone to participate in the special poojas and to receive the TTD Prasadam including the famous Laddu prasadam. All Devotees are invited for this function.
