The Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) has been conducted peacefully here on Sunday. Total 36,325 candidates across the district applied for this examination but only 34,028 attended. For Paper-I 16,020 out of 17,265 and for Paper-II 18,008 out of 19,060 attended the exam. Exam for Paper-I was conducted from 9:30am to 12:30pm and for Paper-II was conducted from 2:30pm to 5pm. It was conducted in total 86 centers across the district. 82 centers in Kakinada, 3 Centers in Samarlakota, 1 center in Peddapudi. Exam was conducted under invigilation of DEO RS Ganga Bhavani. More than 1200 employees coordinated to conduct this exam.
