Kakinada, Jan 19th: A twenty three year old women, Muddunuri Vasavi (23) committed suicide by consuming poison after suspecting her husband was involved in an extramarital affair here on Wednesday. She was immediately admitted at the government general hospital, Kakinada wherein the doctors declared that Vasavi was brought dead. Police registered a case. Body was shifted to mortuary for post-mortem.
According to police, Vasavi was a resident of Vidyut Nagar, Kakinada. She was married to a software engineer from Hyderabad, two months ago. Soon after the marriage she was suspecting her husband of having illicit affair as he was not behaving properly with her. Depressed by the situation, she reached her home town where in took the extreme step of consuming poison to end her life. Police are investigating the case from all angles.
