District Cricket Association has selected Under-25 Cricket team here on Tuesday for Inter districts Konda Krishnamraj & Gandhiraj Trophy competitions, which are to be held at Vizianagaram district on 25th of December 2011. According to this, District Cricket Association Secretary, Mr. S.Satish Babu had released a press note here on Tuesday. He stated that the team would be competing with Srikakulam District team for the first time in the competitions. Later, Mr. Satish babu released the selected team members names as: K.V.Ravi Shankar (Captain), M.Ajay Kumar (Vice Captain), P.Sagar, M.Satyanarayana, P.S.S.R.Ramesh, M.Charan Kumar, Ch.Stephen, A.V.Rajesh, M.Bhanu Chaitanya, J.D.S.Suresh Kumar, Dwitej, N.Sunny Rohith, G.Krishnakanth, S.Karunakar & Coach K.V.Subbi Reddy.
