Teachers of Municipal and Aided Schools participated in a strike yesterday near Collectorate under the control of Andhra Pradesh Teachers Federation in demand of Health Cards. They all together agitated that it is unfair on their part in considering them as non applicable, even when a Government Order is passed to provide Health Cards to all Government Employees. On this occasion STF president Mr. Telagani Venkat Rao and Chief Secretary Y. Venkata Raju demanded to provide Health cards to all Management Teachers, Promotions to all Aided Teachers and Notional Increments to all. They also demanded for the applicability of Health Cards for all kinds of diseases. Then they submitted a request letter to Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumar Prasad. APTF Vice President P. R. K. Prasad Rao, K. AppaRao, R. M. Kishore, K. S. Subrahamanyam, G. KamaRaju, N. Narayana Murthy, M. Srirama Murthy and Aadhi Narayana participated in this program.
