Hyderabad, July 22nd: The Telugu Desam Party has decided not to have any alliance with the Praja Rajyam party for the civic polls. In turn the PRP chief, Mr. Chiranjeevi said his party also has no intension to have a tie-up with the TD. The TD politburo member, Mr. Yerran Naidu said that their party may have an alliance with the Left parties and denied any alliance with the TRS.
In another development, six TD MLAs including Mr. Yerran Naidu, challenged the Congress to publish a white paper on development that has taken place during the Telugu Desam and Congress rule. He also added that when Chief Minister, Dr. Y.S Rajashekar Reddy is in opposition he accused Mr. Chandrababu Naidu of developing only Hyderabad and now he is saying that no development during TD tenure.
Challenging the Congress argument, he displayed a list of projects and schemes undertaken during the TD rule and said the same would be made public if Congress comes out with the details. The MLA said that the TD constructed 18 flyovers, hitech city, ISB, IT parks, MMTS and other in their tenure. He alleged that the congress contribution to Hyderabad is lawlessness, land grabbing and lack of civic amenities in several areas.
