Four Students from the District were selected for the State Level Taekwando Competitions, which will be held from 2nd of January to 4th of January at Visakhapatnam. According to this, District Sports Authority has conducted Selections from 14th of December to 25th of December at District Sports Authority Grounds. Chakravarthula Rajeev, Chakravarthula Rajeswari, D.Lakshmi Narayana, R.V.J.Phani Kumar, Y.Anusha were selected. District Additional Joint Collector Mr. Ramarao, District Sports Manager Mr. R.Ravi, M.L.A Mrs. Vanga Geeta, Taekwando Association Secretary Mr. B.Arjuna Rao had appreciated for the selections.
