Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada started a five-day training program for Engineering students here on Friday. The training is to educate students on how to overcome the problems in pursuing the studies in a new atmosphere in Sweden. Indian Representative of Sweden Blekinge University, Mr. V.Gurudutt participated in the program and stated that the Sweden Bridge programme has been arranged at the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada for Indian students who are selected for studying the M.Sc engineering course in Blekinge University. According to this, JNTU-K Rector, Mr. K.Satyaprasad while inaugurating the five-day training programme, said that the students selected under this course would study three-and-half years at the JNTUK and the remaining one-and-a-half year in Sweden. The society of Indian alumni of Sweden and European Universities would impart the training he added. Society Chairperson Deepika, Society Member Mr. Kiran Kishore and Project Director Mr. V.Gurudutt, JNTU-K Principal Mr. Uday Bhaskar and students participated in the program.
