Andhra Bank CMD and State Bankers Committee Chairman, Mr. B.A Prabhakar said that success have been acheived in bringing banking services to each and every family as a part of Financial Inclusion. Officials, Bankers and District Special Enquiry Committee has combinedly conducted a meeting in Collectorate here on Friday. Speaking on this occassion, Mr. Prabhakar said that, Financial Inclusion has big importance in financial and social progress of the Nation. This Process was implemented in all villages consisting population of 2000 and above by the end of March, he added, In next 3years this is going to be implemented, also in villages having population less than 2000, he added. Pointing Agricultural Field, it has acheived more than what we expected, he added. We should put special focus on other fields, he added. He said, loans for Poultry, Fisheries and Cattle development should be increased. Only 20% of farmers with loan elegible cards are given loans, care should be taken on this issue in future. Home loan schemes are not satisfactory, should plan for its progress, he added. Pensions for unorganised sector workers through Swalamban Programme, should be implemented in all banks, he added.
