Kakinada, Mar 6th: Police of Central Crime Station (CSS), Kakinada arrested a B.Tech student for involving in the theft of motor bikes at Bhimavaram, Kakinada and Rajahmundry areas. They recovered 8 motor bikes worth Rs 3.20 lakh from him.
According to the information given by the police, the accused D. Aditya Kumar (22) is a B.Tech student from Bhimavaram. His father is running a finance business in Srinagar area, Kakinada. Last year Kumar was arrested by the police for involving in two-wheeler thefts and was sent to jail. In the month of January, he was released and continued doing the same.
A police team headed by crime CI, M. Raja Rao, CCS head constable, G.V.V Satyanarayana arrested Kumar near town police station on Friday and recovered 8 motor bikes from him. CI said that the accused will be produced in court on Saturday. DSP congratulated the CSS staff.
