Struggle Committee Against Coastal Corridor and KSEZ extended union to the fight against the setting up of thermal power station at Sompeta of Srikakulam District this Friday. A meeting was held under the leadership of the committee's convenor P. Tanya. This committee is a frontal organization of the CPI (ML). Members of the committee condemned the police firing at Sompeta and demanded that the government should take strict action against the police officials responsible for the firing and the management of the NCC.
