Kakinada Engineering Employees Section went on strike here on Tuesday against Government, demanding solution for their long pending problems. With the coordination from AITUC and A.P Municipal Panchayati Workers Federation, they went on a strike in front of Municipal Corporation Office. They grieved that the careless attitude of Government towards the employees is very disappointing. According to this, they demanded Government to pay the monthly salary in time by the treasury, should maintain amount in Pay Slips & Provident Fund account properly, Salaries and Festival Holidays for the Out sourcing & Contract Workers as per the G.O and need to clear arrears for the workers. AITUC State Chief Secretary Mr. Kirla Krishna Rao, AITUC District Secretary Mr. Pedireddy Satyanarayana, A.P Municipal Panchayati Workers Federation Leaders Mr. K.V.Raghava Reddy, Mr. Nilapu Ramana, Mr. Prasad, Mr. Rambabu and others participated in this strike.
