The State level Cultural Music Competitions-2014, which are organised by the Abhyudaya Foundation were started here on Thursday at Surya Kalamandir in Kakinada. Famous Singer Sri P.V.Seshayya Sastri has started the program by lighting the lamp (Jyothiprajwalana). Later, speaking on this, Abhyudaya Foundation Chairman Mr. Badam Madhava Rao has stated that their motto is to remind the cultural activities of the country to the next generations. Famous singer & musician Smt Peddada Surya Kumar has also presided over the program as a chief guest. Participants from Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Hyderabad, Kakinada & other various places were performed in these competitions. Warangal Music School Principal Mr. D.Sitaramayya, Hyderabad Govt Music College Professor Mr. Peri Sri Ramamurthy and Sri P.V.Seshayya Sastri were being participate as judges to these competitions. These competitions were to be held upto 4th of this month.
