State Level Carroms Competitions were started here on Friday at Ashram Public School in Kakinada. According to this, the District Additional Joint Collector Mr. B.Ramarao has started these competitions here. Speaking on this, he had stated that these type of games will increase mind power. District Olympic Association President Mr. Y.D.Ramarao said that there is a huge response to this game in our district, if the players can concentrate more, then they will surely reach to International standards, he added. Around 100 members from total 13 districts were attended to these competitions. State Carroms Association President Mr. Neeraj Sampath, Olympic Association Secretary Mr. Padmanabham, DSDO Ramana, School staff and others participated in the program.
