Special vigil on private centers

Kakinada, Mar 18th: School educational commissioner, P. Mala Kondayya called upon the district educational authorities to keep a special vigil on the examination centers where the private students are to appear for the SSC exams which are going to commence from 22nd this month. With the ensuing public exams, she organized a video conference with the all the concerned officials of the district here on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion she revealed that the chances of mass copying and mal practices would be high due to introduction of bar coding process in exams from this academic year.

Coming to providing of basic amenities to the students during exam hours like drinking water facilities, benches, desks and others, Ms. Kondayya asked the authorities to see that all the facilities are arranged without fail in each and every center. Speaking in response to this, district educational officer, Sripathi Dharma Raju said that they have made all arrangements for effectively conducting the exams. He reveled that 76,000 students are going to appear for the exams from the district out of which 59,800 are regular students. Total of 322 centers were arranged for the same. DRO Venkatrao, Transco SE Hanumanth Rao, DM & HO Vijay Kumar and other took part in conference.
