Karimnagar, Oct 17th: Telugu Desam Party leader Nara Chandra Babu Naidu participated in Mahadharna conducted on Friday in Sirisilla. Addressing the huge crowd Babu protested against the ruling party and said that the suicides of the weavers were due to the negligence of the government.
Babu assured to provide many facilities to the farmers. He promised to give 24 hours free supply of current, free rice to the white card holders, 35 kilos of free rice to the poor families, waver of loans of all the weavers, sanction of loans at 10 paisa interest rates, construction of houses to the poor people, and said that he will demolish the SEZ lands and coastal corridor if their party is voted to power in the next elections.
Babu gave exgratia to the weaver families who commited suicide and asked weavers not to comite suidcides as the TD will come into power in the next election and would give helping hand to all of them.
