According to false death report filed by Mummidivaram police Sub-inspector NVVS Narayana, Victim's relatives entered a complaint against him. Based on the complaint he was placed under suspension by Eluru range DIG, Mahesh.M.Bhagwath. Accordingly S.P Y.Nagireddy explained about the case “A Mason named Perabatthula Veerabaddarao of Taadi Taarraonagar died of sudden slip from building during his work but it was declared as if it was accidental death for securing insurance claims”. As the inquiry is ordered by Victim's relatives, DIG placed him under suspension.
