Kakinada Rural MLA, Mr. Kurasala Kanna Babu stated that action will be taken to arrange Shilpa Ramam in Kakinada very soon. He participated in the meeting held at Mandal Revenue Office (MRO) here on Wednesday. As an indication, he said that there is a chance that it can be arranged near Vakalpudi Beach. In this meeting, he discussed on the examination of location with the officials. MLA stated that the proposed Shilpa Ramam would be arranged either at Beach road or at Kakinada-Pitapuram road. Officers made estimation that total expenditure of Rs.7 Crores to Rs.8 Crores might be required. The construction will be made with the assistance from the APITCO, which is under the power of State Government. This will be constructed almost similar to the Shilpa Ramam located at Hyderabad. Based on this, MLA discussed with Revenue Officials whether 5 Acres socio lands in rural areas could be utilized for the construction. RDO GC Kishore Kumar discussed with Officials of APITCO and other organizations. MLA expressed gratitude towards Union Minister of State for Defence Mr. MM Pallam Raju and State Minister Vatti Vasanth Kumar who assisted for this construction. In this meeting, Kakinada Rural Tahasildar Johson, APITCO Officers Bala Krishna, Vemana, Venkata Chalam, Ganga Babu were present.
