Hyderabad, Feb 1: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K Rosaiah warned of stringent action against misuse of funds or fraud in the Indiramma Housing Scheme in the State. Mr Rosaiah on Monday held a detailed review meeting on the Indiramma Housing and Rajiv Swagruha Housing Schemes with Minister and officials concerned at the Secretariat. He expressed concern at the reported misuse of funds and allotment of houses under the Indiramma Housing Scheme. Since the verification was on, the allotment should be make absolutely fool-proof, he said.
The Chief Minister also reviewed the Rajiv Swagruha Housing Scheme. He directed a meeting be convened by the Chief Secretary with the officials of the Rajiv Swagruha Corporation, AP Housing Board, Housing Department and other officials concerned to decide about the manner in which Rajiv Swagruha Housing Scheme would be implemented.
