Sources said, the Train No. 17209 Bangalore City - Kakinada Town Seshadri Express will depart Bangalore City at 11:00 hrs instead of 13:20 hrs and arrive Kakinada Town at 06:45 hrs instead of 08:45 hrs according to the South Central Railway.
